Cancellation & Refunds
At Gharkart, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — which is why we’ve created a transparent and customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Simply go to your order history and select “Cancel Order,” or contact our support team. - After Shipment:
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after the product is delivered.
Refunds
- Eligible Refunds will be processed for:
- Canceled orders (before shipping)
- Returned products in original condition (as per return policy)
- Defective or damaged items reported within [X] days of delivery
- Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days after the return is approved. - Non-Refundable Items:
- Downloadable/digital products
- Personalized/customized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
Return Pickup & Inspection
- Returned products will be picked up by our courier partner.
- After inspection, if the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed.
- If the return is not approved, the item will be sent back to you.
